Live (りぶ; Ribu) is one of the main characters and a protagonist in the Japanese original anime series, Mayonaka Punch.

Live is the leader of the video channel "Mayonaka Punch". For some reason, she feels fate between her and Masaki, and she cooperates with her for the video shoot. Live also has a positive and cheerful personality.
Biography[]
In the first chapter of the manga, it is revealed that Live is a vampire during her first encounter with Masaki, who has the tendency to drink blood (especially Masaki's), the ability to stand on ceilings along with heightened strength and speed (exampled when she chases down Masaki and crashing straight into a wall with no injury), and has pink luminescent bat-like wings on her back that enable her to fly, able to carry a person like Masaki whilst in the air.
She was first seen in her estate when looking at Masaki's channel as she begins to show interest in her, and is later seen at the abandoned hospital looking for something. However, when sensing Masaki's nosebleed nearby (from Masaki accidentally bumping into something while she was exploring the place), she zooms out of the room she was in and stood upside down on the ceiling, which scares Masaki before Live notices her. Lustfully longing for Masaki (and especially her blood), Live starts to pursue her through the abandoned building and up to the roof, where Masaki tried making a cross with her arms to repel Live but to no effect, and she refuses to let her bite her upon discovering that she was a vampire.
When Masaki accidentally falls off the roof, however, Live fortunately catches her in mid-air and reveals her luminiscent bat-like pink wings much to Masaki's shock and surprise, before she flew up in the air while carrying Masaki, swooshes through the trees, and shows her a beautiful nighttime view of the city that astonishes Masaki. Live explains to her that she needs her as she felt a connection between the both of them before continuing the flight, while Masaki took some pictures and Live throwing her up in the air, catching her again. Later when they finished the flight, an interested Masaki offers Live to help make her comeback by reaching 1,000,000 subscribers, and even offers to let her bite her neck and drink her blood, much to Live's delight.
In the second chapter of the manga, after taking Masaki to her house (where she lives with Ichiko and Fū) when she faints from exhaustion, Live becomes distraught when she forgot to get blood for Ichiko and soon when she bit Masaki's pinky finger and drinks her blood first before Live. After introducing herself and her friends Ichiko and Fū, Live proposes a promise to Masaki that when their channel reaches 1,000,000 subscribers, she may have her bone marrow, a proposal of which Masaki frantically refuses. Later, after Live shows Misaki their channel named "ChuChu Girls" growing with popularity, which shows Live, Ichiko and Fū doing stunts and activities with their vampire abilities, Yuki soon stops by to talk with Live, deliver blood for them, and strictly informs them of how upset Mother is for their reckless behavior and confronts Live of their channel for exposing their vampiric powers publicly (despite them dismissing it as special technology), especially when Ichiko spills the beans on Live's search for blood at the abandoned hospital.
Live shows doubt and panic when Yuki tells her to delete the "ChuChu Girls" channel, to which she considers soon after by asking Masaki to delete it to avoid disobeying Mother, much to the latter's sadness. Later on, however, Live meets up with and apologizes to a despaired Masaki, asking her why she pursued her streaming career in hopes to learn more about her, and soon comes to understand her when learning that her friends Kikka and Otomi subscribed to Masaki's channel and inspired her to become a NewTuber with them. Live then motivates Masaki if they could do videos together especially back to square one after her original channel's deletion, to which Masaki agrees as she invites her inside to her house after she denied. The two of them return to Live's house where they, with Ichiko and Fū's help, create a new channel under the name "Mayonaka Punch".
